The above was said to me yesterday by someone abroad. It was the 12th of the month ot Rabi ul Awwal. The majority of scholars hold the view that it is the day he was born.
The ‘more beloved than anything else’ can sound inconceivable to some of us who have already have our mindsets or worldviews shaped by factors we don’t realize. But here’s on way to put it..
Of all things great things created by God the Supreme Creator, this life and After, including the highest level of Paradise, the most beloved to Him is Muhammad (pbuh).
Anyhow, he didn’t mean fireworks literally I suppose. But some form of celebration, and if so it ought to be greater than how we celebrate our birthdays and dates.
That’s a start.
