Zain HD was heading the bizarre participatory arts group Random Alphabets, boutique advertising agency Wago Sdn Bhd and Peace Meal, all of which he co-founded.
In 2014 he left Malaysia with his wife and newborn daughter to study Arabic and Islamic Sciences in Tareem, Hadhramout in the south of Yemen.
