This is how you install air conditioning (blower) in #Tareem. I’ll be putting other pics and videos of this incident in the Comment Box. Stay tuned.

These blowers are great. About USD100 each and it doesn’t consume much electricity (probably same amount as a fan).

It basically wets the walls of the blower, and pulls air from outside which goes via the walls. Thus the air becomes cool.

In the winter they are often covered and then cleaned before turned on again for us in the spring and henceforth.

I knew all that. I just didn’t know that this is how it was installed on a second floor apartment. See pic as well in Comment Box.

On one video, you’ll see me waiting at the opening to pull the blower into the house, and may see another chap pulling the cord from the roof.
