Two years years ago, Sayyid Muhiyuddin bin Hussein al-Attas took me to visit the great tombs in Johor. Many were sons and daughters of The Emigrant who died 1,000 years ago. We had a similar photo taken then. The daughters said, you and him look like pencil and eraser.
Two months ago I was considering a move to Johor, where he was living because that’s where he was living. Now he’s here instead.
This pic was taken two days ago.
For those who value distinction, would appreciate this distinct son of The Emigrant, the tomb where this photo was taken in Husaisah, Hadhramout, Yemen.
